Construction Manager

The Pacific Companies, a leading developer of multifamily and special-use projects, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Holtville, CA.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pre-construction planning and site logistics to ensure efficient project execution
- Manage commitments and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company quality standards
- Develop and execute project schedules, ensuring compliance with budget and quality requirements
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including trade contractors
- Ensure project materials and workmanship meet company standards and design requirements
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including engineers, designers, inspectors, and clients
- 8+ years of experience in a Superintendent role, with a focus on multifamily unit construction
- Proven knowledge of construction industry operations, including specifications, plans, materials, methods, and procedures
- Leadership experience in safety programs and subcontractor teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and operational systems
- Ability to resolve issues at the field level and escalate to the proper authority for resolution
