POSITION OVERVIEW

The Healthcare Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing various priorities, fostering effective communication, and collaborating seamlessly with team members. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can also mentor and support the clinical staff under their supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional quality care directly to patients.
  • Ensure comprehensive patient care standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve escalating issues between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Act as a mediator for patient concerns regarding any aspect of their care.
  • Advocate for patients and provide them with essential education.
  • Enhance operational efficiency within the clinic.
  • Offer training and support to clinical staff, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools for high-quality care delivery.
  • Facilitate Clinical Staff Meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Physician, Administrator, Human Resources Manager, and Care Coordinators to ensure adherence to all value-based healthcare quality standards.
  • Develop and manage clinical staff schedules.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure scheduling aligns with clinic needs.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in the recruitment and onboarding of clinical personnel.
  • Maintain a comprehensive list of tasks and projects within the clinical team, providing updates and feedback to leadership.
  • Work alongside the leadership team to explore new revenue generation strategies.
  • Regularly assess processes and documentation to confirm compliance with regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a Clinical Supervisory role preferred.
