We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the Detroit Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in critical care nursing preferred.
