Job Description:

  • Clean and prepare earthworks construction sites
  • Assist equipment operators and skilled labor as needed
  • Prep construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards
  • Remove, fill, or compact earth or rock
  • Follow instructions from supervisors in a respectful and responsive manner
  • Be willing to learn from on-the-job training and take constructive feedback
  • Perform site clean-up
  • Work in various weather conditions and environmental settings
  • Meet punctuality and reliability expectations
  • Arrive at assigned jobsites prepared for work
