About the Role
This position requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in estate planning. You will work closely with our current attorneys and clients to understand their unique needs and develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
- Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection, and other legal considerations related to estate planning.
- Assist with probate and trust administration processes.
- Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide accurate and effective counsel.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000-$200,000, depending on location and experience. Our law firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in estate planning and at least 5-10 years of experience in the field. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is also required.
