Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team as an Independent Eye Care Provider. This is an exciting opportunity for an Optometrist looking to establish their own practice and take control of their career.

As an independent lease holder, you will have the opportunity to set your own days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have access to equipment and instrumentation for a fair market value, as well as administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services if allowed by state regulations.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school and possess a valid state optometry license. Ophthalmologists (MD or DO) with a valid state ophthalmology license may also apply. Additionally, you will need to provide General Liability Certificate and Professional Liability Insurance Certificate, as well as a W-9 form.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, as well as opportunities for regional pay zone (RPZ), stock, and other benefits.
