We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Maintenance Strategy
    • Design and implement a proactive maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Lead and Manage Maintenance Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Oversee Maintenance Operations
    • Develop and implement procedures for routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production Teams

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, machinery, and equipment.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
