- Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports, ensuring they are informed about their child's development.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or higher level of education preferred.
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and ability to apply them in the classroom.
- Ability to pass required state and company background checks.
