Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to assess their estate planning requirements, clarify their objectives, and offer sound legal counsel. Ensure consistent communication with clients regarding the status of their estate planning initiatives.
- Draft essential legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, customized to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Advise clients on strategies to reduce tax liabilities associated with estate planning, including considerations for estate and gift taxes.
- Remain informed about current laws and regulations, performing legal research as necessary to provide precise guidance and documentation.
- Work in conjunction with other legal experts within the firm, such as tax and real estate attorneys, to deliver comprehensive and integrated legal services.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice law in Florida. An LL.M. in Taxation or relevant experience in tax law is also required.

- Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a legal team.
