About the Role

The Attorney Support Specialist is an integral part of our Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys and providing global team support with various administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring, and scheduling
  • Manage and edit documents, and make travel arrangements
  • Proactively learn internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserve the confidentiality of our and our clients' protected information
  • Generate, edit, and post client invoices
  • Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information

Requirements

  • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff
  • Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Display the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
  • A Bachelor's degree; a minimum of three (3) years of prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
