We are seeking a skilled Dock Worker to join our team at Dayton Freight. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight.
Responsibilities:
\u2022 Load and unload freight in a productive, safe, and claims-free manner
\u2022 Complete pre and post trip inspections on all dock equipment
\u2022 Properly document all freight control processes
\u2022 Participate in Dayton Freight training and improvement programs
\u2022 Be available for irregular work schedules, alternating work shifts, and/or assignments
Requirements:
\u2022 18 years of age
\u2022 Basic math skills
\u2022 Fluent in English
\u2022 Able to pass a drug screen
\u2022 Legally eligible to work in the United States
