Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and direct global electronics engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, resources, and technology to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the electronics engineering department.
  • Lead the integration of technical activities, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, recommending resource allocation as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in electronics design with embedded software.
  • Prior program management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and supervisory qualities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Mechatronics emphasis.
  • Knowledge and execution experience of ASPICE and Functional Safety (ISO).
  • Experience using requirements capture tools like Siemen Polarion, DOORS, or similar systems.
