We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in your area.
Key Responsibilities- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality meat products to our members.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, and interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training.
As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $19.00 to $26.00, as well as performance-based incentive awards and other great benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, among others.
Requirements- 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
