MCW: SARGEANT HEALTH CENTER is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Aide to join our team.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of laboratory staff, the Laboratory Aide will provide support to laboratory functions, including maintenance, operation, and inventory of equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of biology, chemistry, and mathematics, as well as excellent documentation and records management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clean and sterilized glassware for use in research labs
  • Support research investigators as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory
Requirements:
  • Less than high school education
  • No experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Field experience in a laboratory setting
  • Certification in a relevant field
