You will develop and apply extensive equipment knowledge, job skills, and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments and tasks in creative and effective ways. You will be part of our ongoing equipment improvement and optimization processes as part of the Equipment Team.

This is a night shift position (D-shift) that requires a strong command of Equipment Technician fundamentals. You will use your ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques and to complete assignments and tasks in innovative and effective ways.

Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing and equipment optimization is also required. You will work on assignments that are complex in nature and require judgment, initiative, and technical and specialized knowledge to resolve problems and develop recommended solutions.

Work is completed with minimal supervision, and you will effectively complete established procedures in a precise and efficient manner, with strict adherence to the documented process and procedure.

You will assist in determining and documenting methods and procedures for new tooling platforms and typically provide guidance and training to other less experienced technicians.

Strong adaptability and initiative are necessary, including taking ownership and initiative to identify, define, and address issues within your area of responsibility.

You will be able to effectively multitask with limited but concurrent high priorities, find creative ways to get the job done right even under pressure, and tackle jobs outside your immediate core area of expertise if required.

Passionate about overall tool availability, MTTR, and MTBF, you will ensure that all appropriate CMMS entries are being made for daily maintenance activities and that PMs are being completed on time at 95% or better.

Great communication and teamwork skills are necessary, including the ability to work well with Equipment Engineering, Production, and Process Engineering to improve and stabilize new and existing platforms, line response, quality, yield, tool reliability, productivity, cycle time, and cost reduction.

Demonstrated teamwork and strong partnership within the Equipment Maintenance Team with superb x-functional teamwork is also required.

You will be inclined to both mentor new technicians and openly learn from experienced colleagues, values other points of view, and work collaboratively and cooperatively with others to deliver quality repairs on a daily basis.

Demonstrated commitment, values, and flexibility are necessary, including a strong work ethic, ability to embrace and carry out cross-functional and organizational goals and objectives, and flexibility with regards to work hours and critical coverage as needed.

Qualifications:
