Job Title: Restaurant Steward

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Steward to join our team at Legends Hospitality. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize all china, glass, and silverware
  • Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, pots, and pans
  • Store all equipment in designated areas
  • Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Additional responsibilities include transporting food and equipment throughout the stadium as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Ability to work long, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
