Posición: Supervisor de Almacén por Turno
Tarifa: $21.50 más $1.00 de diferencial por turno
Turno: 2º turno nocturno
Horario: Domingo a Jueves
Horas: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM (flexible para quedarse hasta completar el trabajo hasta las 5:30 AM)
Funciones y Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar al personal del almacén involucrado en la recepción, producción y envío de productos.
- Dirigir un equipo de hasta 10 empleados del almacén.
- Asistir al gerente del almacén en el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de políticas y procedimientos.
- Supervisar las actividades de envío, recepción y empaquetado, asegurando visibilidad en el área de trabajo y brindando apoyo al equipo.
- Realizar inspecciones exhaustivas de los envíos entrantes y salientes para garantizar precisión y calidad.
- Operar montacargas y transpaletas eléctricas de manera segura para mover materiales dentro del almacén.
- Mantener registros de inventario precisos y realizar conteos cíclicos regularmente.
- Coordinar con transportistas y proveedores logísticos para programar envíos entrantes y salientes.
- Asistir en la carga y descarga de camiones y contenedores, asegurando un manejo y empaque seguro.
- Supervisar y participar en la selección, empaquetado y etiquetado de pedidos.
- Resolver de manera oportuna cualquier discrepancia en envíos o recepciones.
- Revisar documentos de envío y asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y políticas de la empresa.
- Realizar inspecciones de seguridad de los equipos y las instalaciones del almacén para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro.
- Dirigir, capacitar, motivar, recompensar y disciplinar al equipo del almacén para asegurar la productividad y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
Calificaciones:
- De dos a cuatro años de experiencia relacionada o equivalente.
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en montacargas y más de 2 años de experiencia en transpaletas eléctricas son requeridos.
- 2 años de experiencia en liderazgo o supervisión con sólidas habilidades en control de inventario.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral; capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos e interactuar de manera efectiva a través de los niveles organizacionales.
- Certificación en montacargas o capacidad para obtenerla.
- Capacidad para levantar y mover hasta 50 lbs.
