About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of practice
  • Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care setting, preferably in pediatric rehabilitation
