OverviewQualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be hired into a full-time or part-time position; PRN positions are not eligible.

ResponsibilitiesThe RN Navigator serves as the primary point of contact and is responsible for coordinating the care and services of the identified patient populations across the continuum of care.
The incumbent promotes effective resource utilization and assumes a leadership role with the multidisciplinary team to identify and eliminate barriers to care in order to achieve an optimal clinical outcome for the patient and their caregivers.
QualificationsIn addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- BSN required
- Three years of experience required, with one year in specialty
- Previous Oncology experience, preferred
- Oncology experience in colorectal or GI experience, highly preferred
- RN license in the state of Colorado, required
- BLS through the American Heart Association required within 8 weeks of hire
- Physical Requirements - Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
