Job Opportunity

Madden's On Gull, a renowned resort, is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and industry standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, educating guests on wellness concerns and promoting our services.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and sterilization standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on spa services, products, and promotions, actively promoting them to guests.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues, addressing any guest concerns or issues.
  • Participate in training and staff meetings, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements:
  • 500 hours of training at an accredited massage therapy school.
  • Previous experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Shiatsu, Reflexology, and other specialty service training is a plus.


Physical Demands:

The Massage Therapist position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking. You must be able to stand, walk, talk, and hear, both in person and by telephone.


Work Schedule:

This is a year-round position with rotating shifts, including weekends. You will work a variety of shifts, including evenings, and may be required to work both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend or one weekend day every weekend.
