About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Slyce Operations Trainer to join our Watermelon Swim team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our instructors and staff.

Job Summary:

The Slyce Operations Trainer will work closely with our management team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for instructors and staff
  • Collaborate with management team to identify training needs
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a training or development role
  • Demonstrated ability to work with adults and provide instruction
  • Previous experience in an education or sports environment is preferred
