Job Title: IT Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Leader to join our team at Georgia-Pacific, a leading manufacturer of bath tissue, paper towels, paper-based packaging, cellulose, specialty fibers, building products, and more. As an IT Leader, you will play a critical role in implementing the next generation of knowledge systems centered on SAP S/4 Hana ERP for our Building Products businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective end-to-end processes within the ERP, customer experience systems, and reporting/analytics platforms.
  • Work with order management, operations, and supply chain teams to drive business transformation.
  • Lead a matrixed cross-functional team to deliver and support solutions, including prioritizing requirements, making technology decisions, and participating in design, build, test, and sustain operations.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership in SAP domain to internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage SAP technology and functions, connected applications, and interfaces or middleware integration supporting order to cash.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP implementation, support, and management, with at least 2 implementations working as an architect or managing SAP teams.
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of the SAP implementation methodologies, including Applications, Configurations, Integrations, Data, Security, Change Management, Training, and Communications.
  • Experience defining technology strategy, leading functional teams, and developing trusted relationships with various stakeholders as a manager or technical lead.
  • Progressive knowledge of Order to Cash business processes within S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution Module.
