About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain all equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the stock rooms and restrooms.
  • Waste Management: Ensure the proper disposal of trash and recyclables, and maintain the cleanliness of the trash compactor.
  • Lighting and HVAC: Replace light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Delivery and Unloading: Assist with unloading delivery trucks and maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
