CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
- Support the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and improve patient satisfaction
- Motivate and inspire Pharmacy Support Staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the pharmacy
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
- Implement solutions to achieve specified goals and adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
