Providence RN Careers is seeking a skilled Medical Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year Nursing experience
