Leasing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at I & MJ Gross Company Inc. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting apartments and community amenities to prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents by highlighting the value of residency
• Provide information to prospective residents about community amenities and services
• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents in a timely and professional manner
• Compile leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Process applications and ensure a smooth leasing process
• Explain lease terms and conditions to new residents
• Assist with resident relations and resolve any issues that may arise
• Facilitate service requests and forward to maintenance staff
• Adhere to a varied work schedule, including weekends and some holidays, as required

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution skills to overcome objections and resolve issues
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills to maintain records and schedules
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
