We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our dynamic Lab Services team at Kingman Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring proper patient identification and labeling.
- Use the hospital's LIS system to collect and receive samples, cancel specimens as needed, and reprint labels.
- Participate in inventory control, stocking phlebotomy areas with supplies and checking expiration dates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, treating them with courtesy and respect.
- Be present and ready to work for all scheduled shifts, with flexibility to cover other shifts as needed.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience, with previous laboratory experience preferred.
- Nationally recognized certification in Phlebotomy (e.g. NHA, ASCP).
