As a Room Care Specialist, your primary duty will be to ensure that guest rooms are impeccably cleaned and well-stocked, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning assigned guest rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors.
  • Changing and replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  • Executing deep cleaning tasks as necessary to uphold high cleanliness standards.
  • Managing and restocking the housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
  • Properly disposing of waste and recyclables.
  • Responding promptly and courteously to special requests from guests.
