Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and survey the assigned location to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations, utilizing your skills and training to de-escalate conflicts and ensure a safe environment.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate reporting of all incidents and activities, utilizing your strong writing and communication skills.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to respond to calls-offs and terminations in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A high school education or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • You must be able to pass an extensive screening process, which includes a thorough background check and psychological evaluation.
  • Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is highly desirable.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently.
