Position Overview
As a Culinary Supervisor, you will play a vital role in assisting the Senior Chef in orchestrating the daily operations of our kitchen team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food service for both our Café and catering events.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Chef in planning, ordering, and managing inventory to facilitate seamless food preparation.
- Actively participate in meal service, remaining available during designated meal times to gather customer feedback and address any concerns.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and production standards, ensuring that all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food handling, presentation, and portion control, while ensuring appropriate serving temperatures are upheld.

Inventory Management
- Monitor the inventory and delivery of food products and supplies, tracking production, consumption, and waste.
- Proactively inform the supervisor of low stock levels to ensure uninterrupted service.

Customer Interaction
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of daily menu offerings, providing accurate information to both associates and customers.
- Engage with customers to resolve any complaints in a courteous and service-oriented manner, relaying pertinent information to the supervisor.

Health and Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols as mandated by health regulations, monitoring food production areas to rectify any improper handling practices.
- Ensure the cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils, maintaining a tidy workstation before concluding your shift.

Additional Duties
- Keep display equipment clean and free from debris during service, complying with all sanitation, safety, production, and merchandising standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the kitchen operations.
