Primary Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team at the Atlanta, GA VA Medical Center. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive medical care to veterans enrolled in our program.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered care to veterans with a variety of physical and behavioral health needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Document patient observations, assessments, and changes in condition
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the U.S. or in the District of Columbia
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $240,000 - $270,000 per year
  • Recruitment/relocation incentive may be authorized for a highly qualified candidate
  • Eligibility to apply for student loan repayment through the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP)
