Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian with us, you will be responsible for conducting nutrition assessments for patients within required time frames. You will also obtain timely and appropriate data, analyze and interpret it based on evidence-based standards, and provide documentation summarizing the nutrition care plan in the patient's medical record.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about dietary health and have a strong background in nutrition, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Conducts nutrition assessment for patients within required time frames
- Obtains timely and appropriate data and analyzes/interprets data based on evidence-based standards
- Provides appropriate documentation that summarizes the nutrition care plan in the patient's medical record
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ServSafe Certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- CDR Card
- Bachelor's degree (acceptable); Master's degree (desired)
- BLS Cert
