  • Identify and resolve AV system problems, providing on-site repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee systems operate effectively and to mitigate potential issues.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful completion of service requests.
  • Offer on-site training and support to clients as required.
  • Keep detailed records of service activities and reports.
  • Utilize a company-provided vehicle to travel to service locations within the designated regions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service engagements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial audio-visual systems.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, sound equipment, and control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret AV schematics and blueprints effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot and repair AV equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling professional interactions with clients.
  • Clean driving record and the ability to maintain it.
  • Ability to pass a background check (required for secret clearance).
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the designated regions, with minimal overnight stays required.
  • Valid driver's license.
