Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily field service operations.

Specific Tasks Include:
Performing service, installations, and preventive maintenance tailored to the local market.

Core Duties:

  • Conduct field service, installations, or preventive maintenance as necessary.
  • Address customer concerns and provide sales assistance and training.
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity, ensuring all actions align with business standards.
  • Take ownership of service cases and projects, maintaining comprehensive customer records and technical documentation.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess strong repair skills, with a focus on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
