Williamsbridge Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our skilled nursing facility in the Bronx, NY. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your duties will include scheduling and assigning nursing staff, establishing a compassionate environment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. You will also be responsible for managing documentation of resident care services and promoting a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams. Requirements for this role include a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, a minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience, and excellent communication skills. If you are a strong and positive team leader with experience in EHR and Prescribing programs, we encourage you to apply.
