We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our Complex Surgery Program team at Boston Childrens Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide a range of clinical social work services to children, adolescents, and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychosocial screenings and assessments, provide counseling, and intervene in crisis situations
- Provide resource information and referrals, facilitating the use of hospital and community resources
- Offer psychosocial consultation to the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) and LCSW or LICSW licensure
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Previous medical social work experience preferred
- Bilingual/bicultural/diverse candidates encouraged to apply
