Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at MRA Recruiting Services. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our customers' bronze bells and clocks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel frequently to install and maintain our customers' bronze bells and clocks.
  • Work comfortably on ladders, in bell/clock towers, and in boom lifts.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our products.
  • Program electronic control equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Document and summarize work completed in a clear manner.

Requirements:

  • Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with electronics and/or electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 60 lbs. regularly.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently and think creatively to solve problems.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
  • Bonus opportunities and overtime available.
