We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Homestead Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
This role requires a highly organized and empathetic individual who can work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and nursing assistance to residents as needed.
- Facilitating activities and promoting social engagement among residents.
- Monitoring and responding to resident requests and needs with compassion and respect.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control standards.
- Assisting with meal service, ensuring timely and respectful delivery of food and beverages.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and patients alike.
- A strong understanding of patient care procedures, including basic life support and vital sign monitoring.
- The capacity to make informed decisions independently, when circumstances require such action.
- A patient, tactful, and enthusiastic approach to patient care, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
