About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Arrow Exterminators. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our customers, including general carpentry work, such as gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, soffit, and facia repair, moisture barriers, and vent installation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general carpentry work, including installation and repair of gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, and painting.
  • Install and repair moisture barriers and vents.
  • Work independently to fulfill services to customers, including scheduling and gathering necessary tools and materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining the process of services and answering questions.
  • Polish off projects by cleaning up work areas and collecting payments.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated skill in most construction categories, including carpentry, framing, and sheetrock.
  • Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
  • Able to pass internal technical exams.
  • Possess a current Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to work a 40-hour minimum workweek.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
