We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to develop a great team. • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and increase efficiency
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and other store expenses to ensure profitability
• Collaborate with the franchisee to achieve business objectives and goals
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Previous managerial experience in the food service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
