Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Professional. This role will involve providing high-quality nursing care and treatment services to individuals with mental or physical injuries, illnesses, or developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatments to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Charge Nurse Role: As a charge nurse, you will direct and coordinate the delivery of nursing care and treatment services, supervise paraprofessional and non-professional nursing staff, and maintain accurate records.
- Assessment Coordinator: You will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care and treatment plans for residents, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with families and residents.
- Staff Nurse Role: As a staff nurse, you will provide professional nursing care and treatment services to patients in various settings, including patient or resident care areas, specialty care areas, and administrative roles.
- Certifications/Licenses: Possession of a current license to practice as a registered nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing; or possession of a non-renewable temporary practice permit issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
