Installation Expert

Aire Serv of the Emerald Coast is proud to offer a rewarding career opportunity for an Installation Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the quality and efficient installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. You will also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the HVAC industry and possess proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You should be self-motivated, thrive in fast-moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Efficient Resource Management: Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment.
• Customer Service and Payment: Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
• Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.

Requirements:

• Experienced Residential HVAC Knowledge: Possess experienced residential HVAC knowledge and understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Valid State Driver's License: Hold a valid State Driver's License and have a clean driving record.
• Lifting Ability: Be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact with supervisors, employees, and customers effectively.
