We are seeking a skilled Senior Installer/Journeyman Plumber to join our Kohler Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional installation experiences for our customers, ensuring their shower and bath spaces meet their vision and expectations.

• Install and plumb Kohler Services shower and walk-in bath products, including water heater additions or replacements.
• Ensure accurate suitability of proposed work areas prior to demolition or start of work, identifying visible defects that may impact installation standards.
• Confirm installation details with customers, explaining the process in simple terms to establish trust and confidence.
• Perform testing to ensure proper and safe operation, maintaining a clean and professional work area throughout the workday.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including reviewing warranty information, demonstrating product usage, and collecting final payment.
• Timely report and update CRM as directed by the Supervisor - Installer.

• Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Wisconsin.
• Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Five plus years of bathroom remodeling or installation experience, with experience in bathroom installation preferred.
• Proven communication and relationship building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Ability to lift to 100lbs and stand for long periods, with occasional reaching, crawling, and crouching.
• Ability to operate company vehicle, with a satisfactory MVR required.
