Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all customers and donors receive a genuine greeting and prompt, courteous assistance
  • Stock and merchandise items on the sales floor
  • Maintain the store and donation area, including cleaning duties as assigned by management
  • Follow all POS/Cash Register policies and maintain safety and compliance standards
  • Attend required monthly store meetings and receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently
  • Provide quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages
  • Courteously assist donors with removing donated items from their vehicles and provide receipts
  • Separate and sort donated materials into proper containers and stack materials as instructed by management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions
  • Pass a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry
  • Effective communication skills with management, fellow employees, customers, and donors
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis
  • Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, and fixtures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks
Pay Rate and Schedule

$16.00 per hour. Our stores operate 7 days a week, and work schedules are determined by management. Part-time associates may be scheduled to work any part-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
