We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Director, F-35 Development Program Office. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the F-35 Air System.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies for working with internal and external customers, including military customers.
- Manage and deliver government contracts, ensuring successful planning and execution of development and modernization efforts.
- Lead large teams overseeing multiple complex programs, ensuring integration and execution to meet customer and business commitments.
- Collaborate with functional organizations to coalesce ongoing future-look activities with new work agreed by both customer and Lockheed Martin.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or greater with 10+ years relevant experience in program management, preferably in fighter aircraft development, production, or sustainment.

- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage, coach, train, and motivate teams in technical and leadership development.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to address complex matters and solutions with senior leadership.
- Technical background and experience with F-35 mission systems, program management lifecycle, and fighter aircraft platforms.
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
