Nurse Job Summary:
The Pediatric Staff Professional RN provides high-quality patient care to infants, children, and adolescents in an office setting at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. This full-time opportunity requires a skilled nurse to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and promote best practices within the department.
* Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience in a similar setting preferred.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
