Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by following cleaning schedules and department guidelines.
  • Meet sales goals by promoting products, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
