Service Environment:
Inpatient/Outpatient
Coverage Requirements:
- Supplemental coverage needed
- Clinic and call shifts available
Shift Details:
- 1-6 clinic days per month (starting July 2024)
Call Schedule:
- 6 days per month from 7 AM to 7 AM
Patient Care:
- Average patient volume of 2-5
Support Staff:
- Includes L+D RNs, CNMs, FPOBs, X-ray techs, MAs, RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and lab techs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct vaginal deliveries and C-sections
- Perform triage and ED consultations
- Manage labor and delivery patients
- Assist CNMs and FPOBs in nursery care
Technology Utilized:
- EMR: Epic
Additional Information:
- Consideration for call-only coverage
- Flexibility to work across multiple facilities
- Comfort with Critical Access Hospital settings required
Requirements:
- Active WA License or IMLC
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- BLS and DEA certifications required
