Culver's Porter Job Description

As a Porter at Culver's, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and food safety practices in our restaurant. This includes consistently following our procedures for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces, as well as monitoring and rotating stock to ensure that new items are placed behind older items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Culver's sanitation and food safety practices consistently
  • Rotate stock to ensure new items are placed behind older items
  • Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
  • Keep the area organized and clean
  • Monitor shelf life and code dates
  • Take temperatures of required foods upon delivery
