Leasing Consultant Opportunity

Griffis Residential is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team and make a lasting impact on our growing community.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, welcoming prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process.

  • Engage with prospective residents and showcase the unique features and amenities of our community
  • Conduct thorough tours of available apartments and provide accurate information on leasing terms
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Qualify potential residents by assessing their needs and matching them with the perfect living space
  • Assist in lease preparation, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of resident concerns
  • Support marketing efforts to attract new residents and promote the community's features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or NALP certification
  • Minimum of one year experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant in the multi-family housing, hospitality, sales or similar industry
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
  • Knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations is a plus
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
